I would like to leave 5 stars but I just can't. We had them do our roof. Out of pocket mind you, no insurance and they did install that roof nicely but while doing the new roof they removed our gutter covers and we've waited over 1 month for them to put them back on and they still haven't. We've reached out multiple times and gotten a response but not to our satisfaction.

I feel I have to qualify the 3 star review, ok I'll leave it at 4. It was nice that they finally did get the gutter covers installed but that unfortunately is the issue here. Whomever they contracted to add the gutter covers unfortunately missed the boat. I will include some pictures to back up my concerns but in a nutshell they didn't know how to put them back on properly and they used sheet metal screws to screw into the gutters and then lifted up the shingles to force the covers under them. They also put them on in a way that now the covers don't cover all of our rear gutters like they did previously. Seeing all the screws they drilled into our gutters and the attempt to do a nice job I have to give some credit for not trying to totally botch the job but now we have to have them done again and we are hoping that they did not void the warranty on the roof etc. ugh. Did they compromise the starter strip integrity? A person needs to know at the time of roof replacement if the "workers" don't feel comfortable with the sub contractors putting gutter guards back on.

The team that put on my roof was quick, professional and kept me from informed of each step of the process. The team also did a great job keeping and debris from blowing into my chicken and horse pens even though we had excessive winds.
I would definitely use them again in the future.

Greentop Roofing has been awesome to work with, they go above and beyond to get things taken care of correctly! After my office building was damaged by hail they got right over to assess the damage and get us going for a new roof.

I can't recommend Green Top enough! They did an amazing job with replacing my roof. The quality of work is top-notch, and their communication throughout the process was clear and consistent. They were always happy to answer any questions I had and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Big shoutout to Jake and Jory for being so awesome to work with! As a real estate agent, I've also had the pleasure of working with them professionally, and they've been just as wonderful and helpful with my clients. It's great to have a local roofing company I can trust and confidently recommend to others!

We used Green Top Roofing in Colorado Springs and they were super. We were selling our house and had a short timeline to get a roof completed. Jimmy, the project manager, came and did an estimate, got us a permit with the city, and got us scheduled up within a 2 week window for the job. Jimmy and the team came and did a professional install. They completed the re-roof in just one day.
The roof is fully warrantied. Highly recommend this team. Super Friendly, Professional, and excellent communicators.
